  Stayed in 406 it was a great location. Floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom with a sliding door to the balcony the living room also has a sliding door to the balcony. The furniture could use some updating and it definitely needs some toilets for taller people but I would definitely stay here again. The front desk receptionist Ashley was super nice and helpful.

  The condo was nice, however.......this place needs a covered pool! Also I know the security is needed but just too many doors to unlock and get in and out. The gulf water is terrible!! I so wish it had been better! With that said the staff ws nice and I would not rule out coming back.

  406 has an awesome view directly out to the beach from a decent sized balcony. We've stayed at Sea Breeze before (different unit), so we knew what to expect. Customer service was excellent and we required Maintenance once during our visit and the response was super quick. Unit 406 has one really nice sized bedroom with floor to ceiling windows and the 2nd bedroom has basically no windows at all since it faces the elevator. The unit was clean, but is starting to show some wear and tear, most notably to the paint and the recliner. The only hiccup during the visit was the gate codes as supplied on our emailed package were incorrect for both the garage and the gate. We were about to call when a resident showed up and let us inside so we could check in. We will stay at Sea Breeze again on our next trip, but we will go back to a room with a different floor plan that has a better window in that second bedroom as it was a little too cave-like for the couple that went with us.

  Condo is nice. Unit 406 is very clean and up to date. Location is great with plenty restaurants around. Selling point for us that you actually stepped out directly on the beach!! Makes life a whole lot easier with children. Staff was great. Nice gated parking garage. Security guard noticed me and my children walking to the elevators one day and cane walk with us to be sure we were safe. Would recommend to families with kids.

Because of the location you do not have the waves/sound available which also helps to recycle/clean the water but we already know this so never expected to get IN the water anyway.   The location was fantastic. It was close to everything especially the beach. The pools and the gym were nice. The floorplan was great with the two bedrooms seperated by the kitchen. There was a leak on the ceiling of the balcony, but it was merely cosmetic. The shower in the master leaked due to the crack between the shower door and wall. Overall it was a wonderful expierence. We would recommend to others and stay here again ourselves.

  That beach is awesome & private in spring & late summer! Clean I give a 9. The pools were clean as well as all the areas around it. Very nice Condo Building. Parking is convenient too. We have been here before! The experience is what you make it. Last time I didn't have to do a thing. This time I had sweep more from the leftovers. I look to who they have in cleaning. They will need minimal updates, paint & repairs soon!

  Pro's - location was awesome, stunning beach front views, condo was clean and furniture was in good condition. Having a washer/dryer in the condo was a huge perk.
  
  Con's - because this is a condo, you have to bring/buy a lot of your own supplies - trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. Would have liked to see more towels and wash cloths furnished with the condo - with a family of four we ran through them quickly.

  Everything was great, great view, good location right on the beach, with my legs not being as great as they were at one time, it made it much easier for me to get around. Plenty of room, the kids considered it home away from home. They are water dogs, so they loved the Beach and the pools. So relaxing we ALL loved it.

  Our first visit but will not be our last at The Sea Breeze was one wonderful experience after another. The room was beautiful and Clean with all the comforts of your on home. The View from our balcony, living room and master bedroom is picture perfect. The Beach during our July stay was quiet compared to many other beach areas we have stayed before, most likely due to the privacy exclusive for Sea Breeze occupants. If I were to give one complaint it would be that the some of the guest to not respect the Beach and treat it like their on personal ashtray. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us which made us hyper aware of anything other than sand on the beach.

  We enjoyed the easy access to the nearly secluded beach. Although it was early November, the weather was amazing. We enjoyed the long walks on the beach and the several restaurants to choose from in walking distance. The only drawbacks were the air conditioner was loud and did not cool the bedroom well and the master bed was not that comfortable in our opinion.

I provided a list of needed repair to the owner, who responded promptly and positively, indicating he would be addressing those issues before we return to the same unit on Jan1, 2015. Marie, Michelle, Kaitland and all of the maintenance personnel we came into contact with, were pleasant and very helpful. We were sorry to see Kaitland leave. She was very pleasant and personable.
