  This unit was beautifully decorated and the view spectacular! Check in and out were easy and correspondence from management very clear. Wished there were more information about nearby attractions and restaurants. What was in the Unit was all much further than what we ended up "finding" on our own. This location was central to everywhere we needed to be over the weekend. We would definitely stay here again!

  Spent 4 nights with the elders and this 3 br / ba was ideal. The open kitchen, dining and living areas were great for the four of us to hang out in the evenings and large enough for comfort. No maintenance issues, had a little trouble getting the TV going but the tech came quickly to get us underway. Nice view, would be nice to have a table on the deck for wine and coffee. All else was clean and comfortable. Would rent this unit again and the common property was pretty and immaculate!

  The only issue I had was the ice machine make a lot of noise in the middle of the night and the TV in the master bedroom did not work. Also there was no broom. But other than that it was awesome.

  Nice condo as advertised. We were initially impressed with the quality of cleaning and amenities, but shortly realized that the condo was well over due for maintenance. The ice machine in the fridge made loud banging noises randomly - first heard in the middle of the night; thought we were bring broken into... Every door in the place squeaked like it had never been oiled - I purchased WD-40 and oiled the door so we wouldn't wake up the baby every time we moved from one room to another. The kitchen faucet was lose to the point it felt like it was about to fall off. The list goes on, nothing else deal-breaking, but just obvious signs how little effort is put into longer term maintenance here... I didn't get a chance to tell the Biloxi Rentals about these issues, as the lady at the desk was so short and in a hurry, she didn't want to be bothered by asking how my stay was I suppose... I would recommend with caveats... Review written by a professional vacation rental realtor.

  We stay at the Legacy for a month. The furniture was nice, beds comfortable. The TV in the living room and master bedroom were huge. We had some trouble unlocking the condo with the new keypad system. While maintenance was there replacing some burnt out light bulbs, we asked about it. The maintenance man found out that the lock was getting caught on the strike plate. He removed it and said he would have to shave it out a little. It worked okay once it was removed.
  
  The only thing I would recommend is a new toaster. The one there is really slow and it doesn't have a crumb plate on the bottom. You can see right through to the bottom and it would make a mess on the counter and in between the counter and oven.

  My wife and I rented this condo for us, our 4 kids under 12, and my parents. It was awesome. The condo is big, clean, and well appointed with newer furniture and finishes. Each group had their own bedroom & bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. And the view was amazing.
  
  The location is great. It sits very close to the line between Gulfport & Biloxi, so we went both directions for food & fun but walked right across the street to go to the beach.
  
  The only slightly negative complaint we have is that we wished the outdoor was also heated, but my kids had lots of fun swimming inside since the weather was still a little too cool to be out in the water.

  I would recommend renting this condo. It was very clean and spacious. The outdoor pools were nice and well kept but the indoor pool water looked yellow/green. Not very inviting for a swim. Will be staying here again in the future as we were very please with the condo.

  The Condo was in excellentt condition, the furniture and decor was beautiful and updated. The kitchen and bathrooms all had granite countertops.Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The rooms were spacious. There were two balconies and four different ways to access them,they both had amazing views including the ocean/beach.The condo supplied dishes,cookware, papertowels, and laundry detergent for our washer and dryer that was in the condo. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

  Overall our stay was excellent. The beaches were quiet and guests were pleasant. Our experience with staff could've been better. When purchasing the stay, the expectation of the room was high in having 3 king size beds available. Upon arrival we received 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 full. Due to a busy weekend we were unable to move to the expected room. On a more positive note, it was great having the beach across the street and restaurants close by. We were not there to run around and see sites. We were there to connect mind, body and sea.
