Away from the traffic, WalMart right around the corner, and many good places to eat nearby. The Staff is friendly and always willing to help. For my wife and I, this is the only place to stay for CTC.

  The overall experience was good. We found the security guards, wristbands, and all the codes needed for gate, door, and amenities somewhat oppressive. Also, a kid had threw up in the pool - that was information we didn't need to know - just say the pool is closed for maintenance.

  The unit had the following issues and I did report this to the staff:
  smoke alarm kept going off for no reason both days; right burner on stove was not working; reserved spot given to me for parking was already reserved.
  by someone else. I had to wait for 4 hours for the to assign another spot to me.

  I booked the stay for a six week period. About 4-1/2 weeks into the stay I was notified that I was to leave the property because of three complaints of excessive noise, unruly behavior, and throwing things from the 4th floor deck. After telling them they had the wrong room and person I was allowed to stay but never got a call back with a explanation of what truly happened or an apology for the mistake on their part.
