  We stayed three nights at Sea Breeze Unit 810 and were very satisfied with our stay. We had never been to the Mississippi coast before and didn't know quite what to expect, but other than the lousy weather the stay was very nice. The unit was very clean and the furnishings, although a bit dated, were comfortable. The view, although not great, was exactly as it was shown on the website and was great for sunsets. No complaints at all about the unit. And as a bonus we found the people in Biloxi and Ocean Springs to be among the nicest, friendliest people we have ever encountered.

  The condos are modern and very well kept. In walking distance from great food and entertainment. Sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins in the gulf playing around or surf fishing off the beach, it’s just totally enjoyable staying here. We will definitely return for another wonderful vacation.

  Staff was very accommodating and helpful. We did not have a table on our balcony upon arrival. Reported and within a short time we had a brand new one with the tags still attached. Very quiet until the fire alarms went off. Turned out to be a false alarm. Would definitely return.

  This condo has everything you need and more! I like the reclining couches—several chairs will recline. It also has the sunset view every evening. The kitchen was well equipped. Anyone will enjoy staying here! Hub thinks the automatic blinds need replacing.

  We liked the location of the condo, they provided everything in the condo. Nicely decorated, only thing we felt was the furniture arrangement in the second bedroom, it was too tight to walk, we were bumping on the edges of the bed. Room is a little tight for a longer stay, other than that I would give 5 Stars to this condo. Definitely recommend staying here!

  Overall, the building was very nice and clean, located in a great area. The kids hardly ventured from the pool, while the condo was well equipped with all needed appliances and linens. The main center blind in the living room, however, which is also where the sliding glass door is, was broken and left permanently down, which made going out to the balcony rather cumbersome. The blinds in the master bedroom were actually detached from the window overlooking the beach, left leaning against the wall. As such, there was much daylight coming in each morning. Was surprised both blinds, which pertain to a major doorway/window of the unit, were broken with no notice provided to us prior.

  Stayed here for a business trip. Rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The building is shaped in a v diagonal so that no matter what room you get you have an Oceanside view of the water. The pool was clean, I spent a lot of time there. And it had every amenity you would use in a house including an electric wine bottle opener. Only complaint is one of the electric blinds in the bedroom didn't work. Not sure if the battery was dead or if it was a motor issue. Besides that, everything else was perfect.

  Brand new, modern, and very clean. Great view of the beach and fireworks. We never actually went out on the beach or to the pool, just came to fish. The location was easy, no traffic problems. There was some damaged furniture on the balcony that we reported after arriving. The weight room was obviously rarely used. We did try to work out but the cables on the weight machines were rusted and dusty. In the salt environment, they need use and maintenance. It was a good stay, if kind of pricey for the quality of the beach. I guess you are paying mostly for convenience.
