  Had a fabulous time, coastal food is amazing for the most part. Beds a little hard, but adjusted to them. Would highly recommend unit 1011. Weren’t advised that we had assigned parking, would be nice for staff to advise since people don’t normally read all the fine print.

  I stayed at Sea Breeze 1011 unit for 3months and so enjoyed my stay and the unit that I booked it for the first 3 months of 2025. The unit was superb and spotless and spacious at 2160 square ft. The boardwalk out the lower level and the direct access to the beach is super handy. It is handy to downtown Biloxi and the staff of Marie and Kayla took good care of me as did Cheryl the head of the HOA. I highly recommend this unit and the Sea Breeze complex for a stay!!!

  As a frequent renter of properties all over the US, I can't give the owners of this unit higher praise. Everything that we needed to live for a month was in the kitchen. The furniture was like new and adjustable for maximum comfort. The availability of television viewing options as well as the generous screen size was greatly appreciated. Everything felt as much like home as possible. We know that many people abuse rental property. We respected every bit of the property and did our best to leave it in as pristine condition as the day we arrived so that future renters and the owner would never be disappointed.

  This condo is Perfect! This is the best condo we have stayed in mainly because the owners of this unit care what their unit looks like. High-end decor, furnishings, flooring. Super Clean! I now have to purchase the same couches that this unit has, they were so great. Thank you for not locking the pantry. The last unit we stayed in at this location had it locked. We were able to keep all of our items in the panty, which made for a better stay. If only this location had a hot tub! Wish this condo was available over Christmas, we always come back for a visit in December. Thank you for everything!

  The condo was very nice and the perfect size for our family of 6. No issues with the unit itself. Unfortunately for us it rained everyday and the wind was a constant 20 mph or higher. No kidding, it was like being in Aruba if you have been there as the wind NEVER stopped. We walked the beach and property only one time. There were waves in the pool. All the pool furniture was upside down to keep it from blowing away. Beach Blvd. was later closed to allow heavy equipment and dump trucks to scoop up and remove the sand that blew from the beaches and drifted onto the roadway. Not exactly the vacation we were expecting but Mother Nature is not something you can control. We did not interact with property management other than dropping the keys off when we left.

  This unit was very nice and clean. I would definitely want to stay in this unit again. We have stayed with this rental properties many many times over the years. The last two times (one time before Covid) they started a new check in procedure (doc u sign) which is ok after you learn how. Both times I was helped but they were not happy and I wasn’t either. I may not have been use to modern tech but I can learn!!!!

  Beautiful a spacious condo! Things are updated. Everything was clean. Nearly everything you need is provided already for you. The view is great. The bed is comfortable. Only complaint was the water smelled a bit off the first couple of days, but after letting it run for a bit, it settled.
