  Porter Ave at Ocean Springs is very close to the city downtown, good walking distance for local site see, beaches, even jogging across the bridge. Many trees and nice landscapes. Pool is nice. Parking is sometimes confusing as there is still ongoing constructions for the property. Private Entry is fine, although lighting is a concern, inside and outside. Study room is great, but the chair should be replaced with more comfortable long term study for hard working individuals. Living room is awesome although I wish there is a bigger coffee table to eat sometimes. Master bedroom missing TV hookup, but for a 1.5 bedroom that’s fine. Only living room has window that include screen door, so that’s the only option for catching fresh air sometimes, should setup screen doors for all other windows. Bathroom toilet location is odd with the door entry, but probably hard to change that.

  Great location, i really enjoy having a pool right out front, I’m going to miss that the most. The rooms were spacious & clean. Were stocked with almost everything i could have possibly thought of needing while staying there. I’ve highly recommend to all my friends & will seek this company again if I’m in Mississippi.
