  I rented this unit for my two months of training at Keesler. The unit was stocked with enough necessities to get by at least a week without having to restock. The living area was very clean and spacious. There is a 24hr Wal-Mart and IHOP walking distance which was very convenient. The balcony provided a great view of the Gulf with plenty of sunlight which was very calming. The manager answered and resolved any issues I had promptly. I couldn't ask for a better place to stay, especially with the COVID-19 restrictions.

  I had such a great time at this Condo, the tower had so many amenities and it's located at a perfect spot...right next to the mall, many other stores, and right across the street from the gulf. And the view from the balcony was amazing!

  We have stayed here many times and love it. The condo is roomy and clean and the pools and facilities are top notch. I was disturbed to hear the rumor that units will no longer be leased out for a few days at a time, but for a minimum of a month. That is sad and disturbing. Bad business if true :(

  We had a wonderful visit. The condo was very nice and spacious, with a view from the 18th floor that was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool amd the music in the back ground was a nice touch - just loud enoughj!! Being next door to ihop on one side and the mall on te other side couldn't have been better!! Our only complaint was the red sofa, chair and ottoman in the living area were filthy, definately time for new. All of ther furningshings were very nice.

  We checked in after 7 pm. It was a nightmare. Attendant at the gate was unable to help us. We were unable to reach Bonnie and Greg. We found the condo lacked items necessary and promised. Only 1 roll of toilet tissue for 4 days, only 4 bath towels for 4 adults for 4 days, no beach towels or beach chairs, no broom, no laundry detergent or enough dishwasher detergent, a large TV blocked use of the closet, no remote for the bedroom TV.
  We rented 2 condos. The other condo (Lila's) was very nice, clean and well equipped. Crossing the highway to the beach was very dangerous. However, you can drive your car and park near the beach. The pool at the property was very clean and a lovely place to lounge and relax. In general, the property was very nice, clean, attractively decorated lobby, very pleasant and helpful office personnel and maintenance workers. The rental price was reasonable. Bonnie just needs to make some upgrades to her unit's supplies. The iHop was just a few steps away. The food was very good and the service was quick. If I could rent Lila's condo, I would definitely return to this property.

  Overall we enjoyed our stay we never got tired of the view from our balcony we were even lucky enough to witness a wedding on the beach from our balcony..... However as nice as the unit is there are some things that need to be done to bring it up to par. The furniture in the living room is old and stained and dirty and the pillows were missing the buttons we went our first 24hrs without a television in the living room because it did'nt work properly and when they replaced it it was with a much smaller tv and as i was sitting watching them i noticed 1 of the chairs at the breakfast bar the leg was hanging off they fxed this after replacing the tv and when u opened the kitchen cabinet all the dishes were chipped also u should ask housekeeping to not only clean the glass of the shower from the outside but the inside as well there were soap and water stains and the drapes in the master bedroom did'nt close all the way we had to use one of my wifes hairclips tohold it close so we would'nt wake up to sunlight every morning overall we would give the unit a 3.5 but it could easily be a 5
