  Overall, trying to be fair, I would give it a 7 out of 10. Let me say that the personal there (Marie,etc.) were outstanding. Downside is that there are alot of rules that benefit the owners of the properties but not the renters. Limits on parking spots, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom regardless of stay, one set of towels per bathroom, no towels in gym or pool. Very strict about wearing the arm bands for guests as I was called on it several times although I rarely saw it on anyone else. Seems that there is focus on "controlling" guests versus "accommodating" them.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We do strive to exceed our guest's expectations. We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the property during your stay. In regards to the items the unit is equipped with, our housekeeping staff does provide a starter kit of toilet paper, garbage bags, detergents, etc. After that, it is up to the guest to purchase. We do make sure to provide enough towels for each guest, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit if needed. The rules for the gym, pools, and other amenity areas are set in place by the HOA at the property, not by Biloxi Beach. Owners (as well as their guests) that live or stay at the property are provided arm bands as well, and should have the bands with them when they are at the pool. They have to follow propery rules that are set in place as well as renters who visit the property. Thank you again for all of your feedback!   Our family of 8 had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals. The complex was well kept. The pools and beaches were not crowded so social distancing was not an issue. The 2 pools were well maintained, there was a grill for public use. The unit itself was spacious and updated with quality furniture. There was not one but two balconies. The balcony off the family room had a direct view of the water with amazing breezes only Gulfport could bring!!! Great family vacation! Would recommend this unit!

  Lots of fun. The pigeons in the parking garage need to go elsewhere. The shower drain was a little slow. Other than that, everything was quite satisfactory
