  We had been looking for a place on the beach for a year so we decided to rent to make sure we liked the area before we bought something. We did like the area, great views. We enjoyed being able to walk on the beach every morning. We did find out that we like a little more privacy and freedom than a condo offers. The condo itself was very spacious but in serious need of updating, especially the carpet.

  Our couples weekend getaway at this condo was truly wonderful. Unit 601 was very neat and clean. Gorgeous view of the Gulf makes the unit more attractive. A few minor compliants: some of the furnishings were not in great shape, decor could be updated and additional clean towels could've been provided. Though overall our stay here was great and we would definitely stay here again.

  My family and friends rented this property last week for about 4 nights and it was a wonderful experience. We love it! Everything was very nice and the front desk staff (female)was great. My children loved this Condo and the location was excellent for what we came to do which was to relax, go to the beach and come back to very nice environment. In fact we where so pleased with this location and the property overall that we are looking at booking it again in the next 6mo or so.   Very nice condo! Wish the pool has stayed open to 11:00pm. It would have been nice to swim or use Hot Tub after coming in from late dinner. The living room couch was soiled and very worn. It just sank down when you sit on it. Condo also needed to be painted in some areas but overall a very nice condo!

  For the last 2 years there has been a spot on the carpet as you enter and the blinds have been falling apart for that time also. Everything else was great. One of my children used my vehicle to run an errand and upon returning he parked in the wrong spot. Management tried reaching me by cell phone which was in the room but we were on the beach all day. A sticker notice was placed on the car which we did not see until that evening. If the sticker would have been placed on our door we did go to the room several times and the problem would have been taken care of. Just a suggestion!

The condo was nice, but the carpet needs a good shampooing, a new shower head is needed in the master bedroom and new blinds are needed (they kept falling off when we went out on the balcony).   The unit was nicely furnished and clean upon arrival. Furnishings were a deciding factor for us because we have a toddler and needed soft furniture options.
  
  Great views of the Gulf as you enter the unit. The giraffe is a nice feature in the foyer.
  
  Utility closets included: washer/ dryer, iron, mop, broom, vacuum, beach chairs & accessories.
  
  Kitchen well equipped: refrigerator with water dispenser, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster; plastic and ceramic plate settings; flatware, utensils with wine opener, food pantry with fire extinguisher.
  
  Plenty of storage space throughout the unit, including the bedroom closets.
  
  It was difficult to tell from the online photos, but the bedrooms were very spacious. We were able to blow up our toddler’s portable bed and put it at the foot of the master bed and still have plenty of room to walk around.
  
  Staff was friendly and courteous at reservation booking, check-in /out. Staff answered questions during stay. Exterior property area was clean.
  
  We enjoyed the pool and workout facilities. We will stay at the LT 1 on our next visit and are considering purchasing a unit.

  Areas of attention:
  
  Replace the iron (water leaked from the sides and bottom)
  
  Replace floor trim around the kitchen island.
  
  Replace uneven frying pan – grease tilts to corner of pan.
  
  Replace track for vertical blinds in the master bedroom – unable to fully close.
  
  Trim the vertical blind length on certain panels in living room. This would allow ease of opening and closing blinds.
  
  Steam clean the living room sofa/chairs.
  
  Consider upgrading the towels to something a little softer. For a person with eczema the towels were very harsh on my skin.
  
  Consider replacing the shower head in the master bathroom.
  
  Bathtub in master bath needs to be re-caulked.
