  We have been visiting the MS gulf coast for more than 20 yrs and 1103 Legacy #1 is one of the nicest. Great view, great location. There are a few things I would change. The guest bedroom needs drapes to block out the “light “ from condo bldg. toilet in MBR def. needs repair and the cooktop needs replacing.

  Hardest part was making decision to reserve. After that, every thing was very good. Would not trade for anything! 1103 condo nicely furnished and clean. Few light bulbs out, kt clock needed batt, shower head replaced, Wi-Fi bit weak at times and some plugs not working. Would make perfect.

  This apartment is 11 stories up, which reduced much of the noise from the road below. It was VERY nicely appointed with good quality furnishings, all the equipment that you need to cook, shower and - best of all - relax. The building is convenient to all of the attractions in both Gulfport, Biloxi and other close towns. The deck is very large for entertaining and offers a view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. We had high expectations when we rented the apartment. This one raised our standards for the future

  overall great (daughter called it magical). pleasant staff. fun meal at half shell oyster in gulfport close by. pros: condo was v large and v comfortable (photos don't do it justice); esp loved the large balcony and the great view of the beach, gulf and pool. nice linens and towels. new sponge, dishwasher, dish, and laundry soap as well as coffee, salt and pepper provided felt v welcoming. wonderful to have a washer and dryer and well equipped kitchen. great to be so close to well maintained gulf beach as well as a pool. cons: pool kind of crowded even tho building did not seem v full; all chairs claimed (by towels) by the time pool opened. getting across highway 90 to beach every day with baby and toddler and equipment was scary (an overpass would be great; maybe between buildings so as not to spoil the view or at least a zebra stripe with stopping for pedestrians required or even a light). wish there had been access to reviews like this before booking (not just pictures).

  Great vacation. Great property. My only complaint is the fact that if something comes up and you must leave early, you still get charged. Something happened and we had to leave a day early. We still had to pay for the day we didn't stay. We have stayed here every year since they have been open. Just don't think that is the way to treat loyal customers.

  We enjoyed our 6 weeks in Gulfport. Our rental was clean and the furniture comfortable. We loved the view of the beach and especially the sunrise each day. The worst part was the constant traffic noise.
