  Condo was beautiful decorated, clean and comfortable. My only complaints was that we couldnt regulated the temperature in this condo. Nest thermostat was programmed for a certain temp and would not go pass that. It was either too cold or too hot. Great location, and my son loved the indoor pool he went all week.

  Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen (we like to cook), warm indoor pool, very clean, simple but nice furnishings, close to shopping, restaurants and casinos. White sand beach across the street with walking path. Would love to reserve again but already booked up. PS bring your own toilet paper and beach towels. Can hear traffic below but worth the view.

  We were unable to stay in the unit we'd reserved because of a problem caused by the previous renter. BBR was very accommodating. The new unit only had 2 bathrooms for the 6 of us, but BBR returned some of our rental payment. The new unit was lovely. We had a wonderful time. We were surprised by the amount of noise from US 90 even on the 12th floor, but it wasn't bad enough to stop us from coming back in the future.

This is our 4th year to stay in this complex, and there have always been chair rentals. Therefore, part of our group stayed at the pool while the others were at the beach.

  I was very pleased with the location, the view of the beach and the condo. The living room furniture was dated and very uncomfortable. I was not happy receiving a phone call halfway to Biloxi to inform me that the condo we rented was not available. We were offered a different condo and it was ok. The owner decided he wanted "to renovate the property at the last minute, after he'd taken our money two weeks prior. That i was not happy about,but overall it was a decent stay.

  I booked this trip less than a week before arriving and I couldn't have been more pleased. This condo is spacious, clean, welcoming and homey. There was bad weather most of the weekend and we were more than happy to spend the majority of our time inside.
  Normal wear and tear on furniture and appliances may want to be looked at as it won't be long before things may get unsatisfactory.

  The staff was attentive during check-in & answered my questions. The condo itself was just as stated in the description. After walking through the front door my family fell in love with the condo and its amenities. It was super spacious, they have every appliance you could think of using. Don't worry if you leave anything at home as there is a Walmart 0.6 miles away from the condo. Edgewater Mall is less than a mile away (across from the Walmart)along with Dollar Tree, Stein Mart, & Sally's Beauty. All you need to pack is clothes nothing extra. There is a rental shop on the beach directly in front of this condo. We were able to rent paddleboards & aqua cycles for relatively cheap rates. The rental for jet skis is only a short walk down the beach. We are already planning our next family vacation back to Gulfport. I just hope this condo is available again.
