  This is my second time staying in 1008, first time a fried rented it. You guys do an absolute movie fantastic job place clean and well stocked with towels and amenities and a beautiful view. Property is lovely and welcoming.
  
  The only issue is with the washer. It is broken when you wash clothes the rinse cycle never drains and you have to run two separate spin cycles in order to get the water out and the clothes come out smelly.
  
  Besides the one issue the place is just wonderful.

  This property is beautifully appointed. The views from the 10th floor were a favorite as you could see both the rising and setting of the sun between high and low tides. Furnishings were comfortable, kitchen is stocked with more basic needs and could use some additional cooking/bake ware for cooking meals. We were able to use the well equipped gym, but the other amenities were closed off because of COVID. We slept well and had quiet neighbors. The parking was always quite full and had to walk quite a distance each day. We had a crawling baby with us who revealed to us just how filthy the floors were from our first day there. Could really use a more thorough mopping before guests arrive. Location is great and close to shops and restaurants nestled in between Gulfport and Biloxi. We found the codes and locks a bit confusing initially, but rental staff was very attentive and helpful when we needed help upon arrival.

  The photos we saw on line showing the condo did
  not do it justice. It was everything and more that was shown on line. The condo was well equipped. The sleep number bed was awesome. The kitchen was easy to work in. The unit was very quiet. We did not hear any noise from neighbouring units even though we were there through Mardi Gras and part of March break. The facilities at the condo were also very good and well maintained. We would recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you again.
