  Had a great stay at the Legacy towers. The view was beautiful. I saw dolphins, pelicans, osprey and many other birds daily. The property was well kept and the staff was kind. I stayed on property for nearly two months and it felt like home. Would definitely go back.

  I was here for nearly a year and during that time we only had the use of both elevators in tower 2 for a total of maybe a month or two. Fortunately both didn't break down at once but at any given time you could bet on one or the other being broken. Aside from that, the common areas were kept clean and smelling nice. They clean the lobby and elevator (whichever one is working) every day. I had one maintenance issue and they were there to fix it immediately. The pool is beautiful but the hot tub wasn't really hot when I did use it. The sauna in the ladies pool restroom is wonderful. Only once I used the pool restroom it was dirty but I feel like that was an isolated incident from other guests being disgusting and not due to a lack of daily cleaning.
  
  The unit could stand to be updated with new flooring (not stained carpet!) and bedroom furniture made for grown ups. The beds were so hard I bought a mattress topper but shorter term renters aren't going to do that. I had friends in a couple of other units with the same floorplan and furniture really makes a big difference in the look and feel of the place. I'm happy there was a sofa bed but that mattress was also hard as a rock and has a big mystery stain so it also needs to be replaced. Also, king size pillows for tiny beds? I brought my own since I was there so long but it would be great if the pillows fit the bed. The view from the spacious balcony was great. The master bath is smaller than the guest bath but has a nice big tub for soaking and ample counter space. The bedrooms are on opposite ends so it's a great unit for sharing but still having privacy.
  
  Overall I had a great experience being there for as long as I was. The BBRR staff was always courteous and professional and they are very military friendly. I would definitely rent with them again, although hopefully the same unit will be updated next time because my neighbor (an owner) was so sweet and I would love to see her again!

  I stayed at the Legacy Towers for 2 and a half months while on business. It was THE BEST place I've ever stayed for an extended time. My condo was neat clean and the staff there was very helpful and friendly. I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I was even there during spring break and there were no problems in any of the areas like the pool etc. my only two complaints was the A/C didn't seem to work in the gym so it was really hot in there when you worked out and in my apt the owner needs to get a new sleeper sofa. My kids came down for spring break and we couldn't use the pull out sofa. The owner may not have been aware that it was broken but the management team came through for me and bought up air mattresses so it worked out fine. I plan to visit there again with my family.
