  My cousin, two sisters, and myself stayed in the 2 bedroom condo. We arrived on Friday afternoon, and left Sunday morning. The condo was beautiful and comfortable. A/C was not cooling properly, so I called maintenance, and they sent someone promptly to fix it. We woke Saturday morning to a smoke alarm chirping, so I called to have battery replaced. I had to call again about 5 p.m.because no one had come yet. He finally arrived about 8 fix the problem. Overall, a wonderful weekend, and we loved the condo.

  My rental agent was superb. Check in was a breeze; the unit had a few issues but overall WE LOVED OUR STAY. Thank you for a great weekend! BTW, the freezer door does not stay shut and it would keep popping open and we didn't notice until "later"...all good but, concerned. WE LOVED THE UNIT.

  It was a great place to stay in a prime location. Wasnt far from anything and enjoyed every moment. The only thing was i put in a maintenance request when I made it to the room. Because the light was blown in the master bathroom and the toilet handle was broke. Which no one ever showed up but upon checkout i let them knew about it. They said that they'll have someone to look at it then......

  We really enjoyed our stay. All the amenities I needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for my kids who live in Biloxi. I loved the security and how they provided shopping carts to get our groceries in the condo. The check-in process was easy glad I came early because my keys didn't work to the door and the gate. I was able to exchange before closing. Could've been a nightmare. It was quiet and peaceful. Hope to stay again. Glad I tried the Legacy Towers.

  Our stay was only 3 nights in the penthouse condo and was overall great as we expected. Room was very clean and location suited our needs fairly well. We were out and about most of the time so we did not really use any of the facilities outside our room but they looked nice. The room had all we needed for making breakfast and sleeping. We were pretty much gone the rest of the time. Our one complaint is the desk staff does not keep hours promised. We arrived at 4pm, but despite claiming hours open until 5pm, we had to get our key from a box so we had to check in the next morning and had to wait until 9am despite wanting to leave for the day earlier and the same thing happened when we checked out but this time it was 9.20am when staff arrived and check out is 10am so that window is small to say the least. A way of checking in or out without staff would have been helpful. The desk staff does not really do anything to enhance the stay so eliminating that step would be wise. By the way Susan, when making our reservation was great, and warned us about the desk hours likely being shorter than advertised.

  My wife and I have stayed at the Legacy for fours years and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is convenient to all locations along the gulf coast.
  As in any high use high traffic areas there are some things that need attention. In our condo the TV was in a cabinet which made it difficult for anyone to see unless you were looking straight at it. A TV mounted on the wall would make it more viewable and the cabinet could be junked making for a more open living room. The living room furiture is starting to show wear and should be replaced. The carpet in the living room is in need of replacement and the throw rugs in the bathrooms & kitchen are totally wore out. The beds were great and the kitchen and laundry appliances all work fine.
  The front door could seal better because when the wind blows you can feel & hear the air rushing in causing heating/cooling loss.
  Security at the condo was excellent however I sometimes wondered at the number of vehicles in the area that rarely if ever move.
  We thoroughly enjoy our stay ever year as it gets us out of the intense cold for a month. The criticisms of the condo are meant to be constructive and not as a put down, as I have said at the beginning, these are high usage high wear areas.
