  At first was hesitant about staying here, overall ended up being a great place to stay. Location was convenient to Keesler AFB. Property conditions were nice except sofa needs to be replaced. Maintenance always on top of any issues. House keeping needs to do better in regards to cleaning the unit. I had to buy cleaning supplies and ended up cleaning the unit to my satisfaction. Otherwise, suited its purpose and would recommend.

  We scheduled a trip to Biloxi because our nephew is at Keesler AFB doing his air national guard technical training and unable to come home for the Thanksgiving break. The condo was GREAT!

  Property in a safe and convenient area. The property could use a fresh coat of paint through out, the furniture was okay it could have been more comfortable. The down stairs toilet had some troubles from day one they had to come and try to fix it several times through out our stay. But I think the whole grounds had problems with there septic system. Oak Shores 103 is a great property for a short stay, and if you have children. There is a small play ground on the grounds and the swimming pool is right out the front door which was awesome. I would stay there again if ever in Biloxi MS.

Oak Shores does have issues from time to time with the septic system, and this, along with the building appearance, is an HOA issue. We have very little power over these things, but we will definitely relay the feedback. We do, however, have the power to inspect the quality of the furniture throughout the unit and recommend replacing when necessary.   The condo was beautifully decorated. I was very impressed. Seems very well maintained on the inside. It sits about the distance of 1 city block from the beach. The bedrooms upstairs were beautiful, but they seemed to stay very warm. The a/c worked great downstairs, but didn't cool the upstairs very well. Pool was in front on the condo. The complex was very quiet during our vacation in July. The whole family really enjoyed our stay there.
