  Our spring break trip was one for the books. We originally rented through VRBO and we arrived to our condo at 5pm and we were informed that the man never had the property and took our money. We could not get in contact with him to get a refund and VRBO had to “resolve” the situation. I frantically start calling other condos. Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals worked past their business hours to help me get a condo for my family. I will be forever thankful!

  I enjoyed my stay at Sienna for approx. 3 months. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance personnel were very un-intrusive they always left advance notification and a note to say the work was complete. The kitchen utensils were very basic low end as was some of the furniture, corporate grade I'd say at best but the beds were very comfortable. Some found the train that passes by to be a nuisance but it never bothered me the occasional motorcycles racing down highway 90 that separates the condo from the beach were more annoying. I would definitely stay here again. Waking up with the view of the ocean was priceless as was watching storms roll in of the coast.

  Very nice unit that we stayed in. Lots of space and storage! However, do need hooks for towels and wet bathing suits. Pigeons on balconies were nuisance.

  We arrived late but they made easy arrangements for key pickup... The condo was beautiful with big windows and a balcony facing the ocean, TV's and DVD players in both bedrooms as well as the living room, king bed and queen bed in the bedrooms, and a modern kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. We were on the 11th floor and had great views!
