  This was our 47 year my brothers & sister family get together for Easter. We were 70 total family members this year & were very happy with the Sea Breeze Condos that we voted to have it there in 2019. The place is very well kept, great managers, clean/layout, gated & great location. Most important the kids didn't have to cross the road since it is on the beach.

  Spent 3 months ( Jan - Mar) at the Sea Breeze, unit 312. This was our second year. -last year we in unit 712 which was in much need of an update so we changed to unit 312 which had nice floors and furniture and pretty much updated except for the dirty dinning room table chairs, rusty balcony table and master bedroom mattress, but All in all, a nice unit. While we did have a few issues with the unit the Sea Breeze housekeeping, maintenance and Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals staff did an outstanding job mainking our stay a pleasant one. The Sea Breeze is on the best location in the Biloxi/ Gulfport area and I highly recommend it.

  Been going to Biloxi for 30 years Easter weekend and decided to give a condo a try.We were not disappointed.Condo very spacious. The only few suggestions would be for the owner to purchase a new sofa sleeper. The springs are coming thru! The kitchen was well equipped..pots can use an upgrade as well but all in all we had a great time! Great location as well..We will be returning!Thanks seabreeze for keeping our tradition alive!

  The condo proved to be above my expectations. It was roomy very clean had all we needed to get going until we were able to buy groceries ie coffee, toilet paper, paper towels.... i loved the fact that we had a washer/dryer in our unit, the lay out of the condo was also perfect allowing all to have enough room as well as conducive to those sleeping and those still up. I cannot say enough good things about the condo, location, beach access dining entertainment.

  We have stayed here before and just love it. I found the condo to be in need of fixing up. The screen was off the sliding door on the porch. Several of the drawer pulls were missing on the dresser. It just looked dull. The staff and security are always friendly. We were able to check in early because of the July 4th weekend. Love the pool and being on the beach.

  My wife and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Not wanting to have my wife burdened with cooking and cleaning for the group we chose to stay at Sea Breeze for the weekend. It is an ideal location with a number of excellent restaurants near by. The unit is spacious, well furnished and very comfortable for 6. The only problem I found was the bed in the master bedroom which was too soft and sway backed on one side.

  Our unit had dirty floors throughout and a moldy shower curtain in the guest bathroom. The refrigerator was not at the proper temperature when we arrived therefore ice maker did not work and our cold items were not kept at the right temperature. It took 1 1/2 days for ice. The master bath towel bar and guest toilet paper hanger fell off upon first use. The pantry door handle did not work and our 4 year old got locked in the pantry. Four light bulbs were burned out and not replaced when we asked them to do so. The pull out sofa bed mattress was very worn out and only one sheet came to cover it; we would have liked a top sheet but the mattress was so bad that my son slept on the sofa cushions that we placed on the floor- not the best consolation. Be prepared to bring your own dish detergent and other washing supplies. The A/C did not properly cool down the master bedroom like the other rooms. The dishwasher bottom rack kept falling out of the dishwasher when you pulled it out. This unit is not childproof as it offers glass table tops that slide off of its base. There were throw rugs that were dirty and we wash them. There was a lack of towels and wash cloths. Upon checkout we had a checklist of things that needed to be done to the unit or we would be severely charged for them; why didn't they have their checklist in preparing this unit for our arrival?

  This was the first time staying at Sea Breeze. The condo was more than we expected. It was clean with plenty of room for 8 adults. Kitchen was fully equipped. The pool area had plenty of chairs and large enough to accommodate lots of people. The younger group spent time on the beach enjoying the surf and sand. It was a great experience and we will be doing it again next year. The only thing that would need attention is the sofa bed. It was not comfortable and probably needs to be replaced.

  The Resort itself was fabulous! It lived up to all aspects of a Resort.
  Great staff at the resort. Security was noticeable and friendly.
  The condo we rented was very nice and accommodated all seven of us very well.
  The only thing I was disappointed in was the rental staff we used before getting to the Resort. I would not rent here again if I had to use Bonnie and Greg as the go between.
