  Second time we rented this particular condo. Think it’s time to replace couch and throw pillows. Uncomfortable and throw pillows dirty/stained.

  This is a great property in a great location. The only real negative is the limited parking for one vehicle per condo; aggravating when you rent a condo that will accommodate up to 6 people. I also believe that for the cost involved, there should be a little more amenities provided, such as soaps, shampoos, washing powder, etc., but it IS NOTED in the reservation information that there are limited quantities.
  The positives are the quality of accommodations and the restaurants and other entertainment within walking distance. We enjoy CTC from this location because of being able to sit road-side and enjoy the views.

  We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and had wonderful amenities. The pool area water and atmosphere left a little to be desired. We loved the beach access and it was nearly private for us at this time of year.First time entrance to get to the office was tricky as there is no access to the building without a code, which I never recieved in the mail. I did, however, love the security that the building provided as I traveled with my two daughters. Thank you for the experience.

  Unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed July 4th weekend and the fireworks were plentiful on the beach right in front of our balcony. We enjoyed walking across the street to the casino. The only thing wee had a problem with was the parking garage. We have a big truck and the space was difficult to get in and out of so we parked in the overflow parking outside.
