  First time renting on Biloxi Brach. This condo turned out to be better than what it looked like on line. It was very rooming and nicely decorated. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. It was close to the casinos, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely go back again.

  In town for business but it sure didn't feel that way. Get off work go into vacation mode what more can you ask for? This place is what I consider to be in the perfect location. Right in the middle of everything but not on top of anything. Great restaurants in walking distance. Entertainment, Museums, Exhibits, etc... all within a 15 minute drive. Everything your could ask for in a beach front Condo, Clean beach, guarded property, secure parking, fully furnished, well maintained facility and pools, very nice fitness center with free weights, machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and even saunas. Great customer service throughout the facility. Will be trying to get back into the place again.

  We enjoyed our month in Biloxi and found many things to see and do in the area. It was a welcome change from winter up north. The Sea Breeze is a very well maintained building and is one of a very few condos on this part of the Gulf Coast that is directly on the beach. Our unit was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The rental agency maintained an office in the building and their staff were very pleasant and helpful. The building seemed to be occupied by families and retired people which suited us well.

  The people in the area around the Sea Breeze were all very friendly. The property is very nice with a great location. The resort staff were professional, courteous and even downright friendly. We stayed four nights in mid-August... Scattered storms in the area were blamed for high-bacteria-level-warnings that kept us our of the water our entire stay. From what I've heard since, that seems to be a fairly common problem in the Biloxi area. If you can be satisfied with the amazing ocean views, casinos, souvenir shops, sight-seeing, and other area attractions, then I highly recommend the Sea Breeze. Oh yes, New Orleans is only 90 mins away so spending a day their exploring the National WWII and Civil War museums as well as the French Quarter and Bourbon Street is very doable. :) So again, if you HAVE to have the sand and surf, maybe go down to Destin or Panama City Beach... Otherwise, I highly recommend the Sea Breeze in Biloxi. Unit 704 has been very well decorated, supplied, and cared for. :)

  I was more than satisfied with my stay - the people, property, unit, etc. I ws extremely impressed with the unit it was stocked with everything you could imagine needing. Superb!!! I did have one issue and that was the day maintenance came in and left the door unlocked - while I'm sure that was an accident the front desk staff didn't seem concerned. Didn't try to reassure me that this wasn't a normal practice - there was no reassurance from her and while I really wasn't upset some reassurance would have been nice. I will say I would have been upset had it been the height of summer and more units were rented and more people were walking around the property. Other than that it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others as well as stay there again myself.
