  This place was fantastic! It had more than enough space for the 10 of us. We were all able to enjoy our meals together at the same table, or laugh together while comfortably sitting in the spacious double living/dining room area, when we weren't at the beach or in the pool And the view from the penthouse balcony was breathtaking!   We traveled from Lawrenceville Ga to Gulfport for birthday, graduation and a wedding celebration.
  We stayed at the Legacy. The rooms are spacious and service was good. One of our bathrooms were dirty but someone came up to clean it. Out toilet would not flush but again someone to unstop it. Overall this place was very nice and comfortable and we will rent again!

  Property very spacious, well laid out and clean but furnishings are showing wear. Kitchen utensils plentiful. One bath had no hot water. Did not report until final days so don't know if it would have been fixed quickly. Check in and out good, although gate security code initially provided did not work. Availability of support personnel excellent especially Nicole, in security, who quickly provided initial gate access to property.

  Our overall experience with Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals was great! The unit (Legacy 1, 1306 Penthouse) was gorgeous and offered us everything we needed. It is an older unit and did have a few issues while we were there (i.e. garbage disposal broke and it affected the dishwasher; both pull out sofas were unusable due to older mattresses and the one bed frame). The owner does have some of their personal items in the one closet but it isn't in the way. I am pleased to say that Biloxi Beach Rentals addressed each issue in a timely and complete manner. I just sent a text and their wonderful maintenance staff was there to help. The amenities were wonderful and clean. The reserved covered parking is completely worth it and the elevators are fast. Finally, if you enjoy sitting and eating on a balcony this is the unit for you. The breeze is just enough to keep you comfortable while not blowing your food everywhere and there is plenty of shade at all times of the day.

  Our stay at 1306 penthouse, tower one, was a great time. Everything was clean and organized. It’s a great space in a great location. Just 2 downsides I can think of.. There is only 1 pan to cook with so breakfast was a challenge for the amount of people - as we ate out for lunch and dinner. The main concern is that when I put a down payment on this penthouse - there was a bunk bed that we were counting on to accommodate everyone. By the time we got there, it had obviously been removed and photos taken off the website. Some of my guests rotated and slept in chairs as we were counting on the bunk beds to accommodate sleeping. I picked this location for its sleeping quarters and nice amenities and was very disappointed to find that they fell short of original photos when I booked the room. I put a down payment and paid in full for the penthouse, only to find out that the 2 bunks were taken out... I should have been notified at the very minimum. Not sure how this was missed and was not communicated whatsoever - other than just removing photos and the beds themselves. Was not happy with this situation and having to explain to my guests.

  This minnie vacation for me and my Sister's was a blast. Everyone had their own space. The balcony gave us a beautiful view and fresh air off the beach.
  The downside side was as you approach the condo there's a very ugly broken blind hanging in the window and some of the patio furniture needs attention.

  Overall I was pleased with my second stay at this condo. Complex is the best on the Coast. Love the covered assigned parking with this unit and the Legacy's ability to provide secure parking for the car hauler during Cruising the Coast. Some of furnishings are in dire need of replacement. The two recliners were deplorable, the vinyl peeling and sticking to our clothing when we sat. Ceiling fan in the master not working. Master closet was a junk heap of used carpet rolls. Love the amount of living space, but needs attention.

  The condo is roomy but some furnishings and amenities need to be improved. The dining room chairs are terribly uncomfortable and feel like you are sitting on boards rather than cushions. For a condo that sleeps 10, only one towel and face cloth was provided for each person creating the need to wash towels everyday. Only two parking passes were allowed until complaints where we were then given two additional passes. Not sufficient for a condo holding 10 adults. Bedding was sufficient although the pictures of this unit did not show a bunk bed found in one bedroom which could not be utilized by an adult. The location is convenient and the balcony roomy with a great view. With some changes, we could give it a 4 out of 5 stars. Currently we give it a 3.

A big storm blew in and took out the power on our last day. 13 flights of stairs without an elevator was hectic but totally beyond the control of the staff.   Desk attendants were polite and helpful. We felt pretty safe while on the property as security kept tabs of every single car on the premises and what condo they were visiting. The condo was extra clean but furniture seemed to be a little dated for the likes of a 30 yr old. All in all, it was quiet and very spacious. Exterior of the property needed a little work (paint work, power wash, etc) BUT they were renovating the weekend We visited.Would definitely stay here again.

  Overall the unit was good except for a few things. The 2nd AC unit was not working for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and it took them 2 days to fix it. The hardwood floors looked ok but after walking on them for a couple of hours in our bare feet the bottoms of our feet were almost black. It looked like they had not really cleaned the floors in a long time.

  The place was spacious and lovely. Lots of room for 6 adults and 3 young children. The pool was the highlight for the kids. Outside of going to the beach, it was all they wanted to do. SpeAKING OF THE BEACH, THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEM--GETTING ACROSS THE HIGHWAY. THERE SHOULD AT LEAST BE A CROSSWALK SO PARENTS CAN GET KIDS SAFELY ACROSS THE STREET.
  One other prob.-the bedroom air conditioner was broken. A maintainance man fixed it once, but it broke again on our last day there.

  This place is amazing! Spacious is an understatement. Location to casinos and night life is great! Condo itself needed a little upkeep. One room had moisture in the carpet which may be coming from a leak, it was there long enough that there was mold on the wall. One bathroom had absolutely no water pressure, and the hot water heater is not large enough to keep up with more than 2-3 people taking a bath/shower back to back. Nothing bad enough to leave or request other accommodations, but these are general upkeep times that should be noticed and taken care of.

  Our extended family stays at this complex every year. The space in this unit was incredible. There were some items that needed attention however. The ice machine produced maybe three ice cubes per day which does not work for unit that sleeps 12 people or so. The front of one of the faux cabinet drawers fell off when the dish washer door was closed. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall in master bath. The fan in the bedroom did not work. Liked the unit but would need necessary repairs done to rent in the future.

  My wife and I would recommend this unit to anyone, 1306 Tower 1. We had a view of the ocean and the golf coarse. Nice and quiet with everything very close by. Three bedrooms and three full baths for all your friends or family to come and visit that want a little private time at night. Kitchen had all I needed to cook, which I did 3 out of the five nights we stayed. Needs a grill, but I am sure that would not work great out side due to the high volume of wind. However, there are a few grills by the pool. The only thing I had a problem with, was a stereo system of some sort. I wanted to play some music or listen to the radio. I did play CDs on the DVD player but could not hear them while outside on the patio.
