  Everything was just as described. We have stayed at these Villas several times and our granddaughters love the pools here. Very convenient location to all the gulf coast has to offer. You feel very safe inside the compound with the gates and security it offers. The grounds are very well maintained as well.
  The condo itself was very comfortable. Very clean as well. Love the garage door access. We never had to use the front except to first get in. We will be back.

  Everything about the rental experience was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the most part the unit was clean, updated and well maintained. There were a few minor issues like stains on the carpet or missing pieces of baseboard but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay.

  We enjoyed the Legacy and plan on going back with our daughter for summer 2019. The centrally located Legacy Villas is great, we enjoyed the pool being so close to the unit, & I loved the kitchen. I took pictures of 5 cosmetic issues and notified BBRR immediately so I didn't get charged for damages or the missing garage opener, but I never heard back from anyone. I did notice some dust, cobwebs and some dead bugs in corners and such. But, most importantly, I didn't receive the rental agreement until I called to remind them 2 times I hadn't received it. Just have to keep up on things and make sure you read the agreement rules. It didn't dampen our beautiful time in beautiful Gulfport and Biloxi. Thanks y'all.

  The condo was beautiful and the children really enjoyed the pool facility. Overall a great experience. I hate that the washer in the unit wasn't working and we had to travel to another unit to wash clothes while on vacation but all and all a great trip.   The unit was great. Great location and view. Having a garage is a added bonus. Absolutely no complaint on the unit itself. One major complaint was the tenant in the unit above us. Tenant was very loud. Liked to use a sweeper on hard floor surface early in the morning and drag furniture around. Was a very heavy walker. This was a reason to reconsider staying here again.

  This was a really nice condo that was well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook several meals. We wish there was a clothes line in the garage to hang up wet towels and suits, but we're thankful for the location right next to the front pool. It was the perfect spot for an after dinner swim. Walking to beach was out of the question with two young children in tow, but is feasible if you don't mind crossing a very busy street. Other than that, I would recommend this rental.
