  Overall a good experience. Our goal was to just rest. We tried to do this, only going out for dinner. One day a company disturbed us by cleaning a/c coils. Another day we were invaded by 5 pest control people, spraying the condo. While we’re grateful for no bugs, we had to coverup when they opened the door snd just came in. They did ring doorbell but we thought it was part of the tv program we were watching. Someone, and I don’t believe it was the property manager slipped a piece of paper under our door telling us that my truck didn’t fit into the parking space and to park outside even though the other full size trucks fit fine. I took pictures and was hoping for a discussion with whomever typed the note slipped under our door. It took a few minutes for this non-techie to figure out why no signal was reaching the tv but I finally figured it out. The keys would not both fit into the lock box as directed, do I had to remove the key rings for the keys to fit in the box. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

We certainly appreciate any feedback and suggestions so we can make improvements for the future, so thank you for doing that. We do have contractors that come in to do our coil cleans as a part of unit upkeep. You were sent a message about this prior to them coming so you wouldn't be caught off guard. The Home Owner's Association schedules the pest control company sprays, and I apologize that you were not informed about them prior to their arrival. I have mentioned this to our team to we can make sure that doesn't happen again in the future. As far as parking in the garage, that is also something that the HOA oversees. If they gave you a piece of paper about your truck, they were trying to keep things in the garage as safe as possible. The parking garage at that property fits specific vehicles in certain areas better than others, so they were probably wanting to make sure your truck as well as the other vehicles in there were safe and didn't present any potential parking issues.   My husband and I had another great year staying at Ocean Club. We enjoyed our stay and the people there who see after the ocean club are great getting the apartment repaired on things getting done. All the workers come in helpful and polite. We are very pleased ataying here for two months.

  This vacation rental was a surprise trip for my boyfriemd's birtjday. We both absolutely loved the place. The inside decor was just perfect for us, not touresty at all. The condo gave us a warm and homy feeling. Everything was so clean (very important to me). The kitchen had the everything needed for cooking. The bedroom was incredible. We loved the bed, so comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. We loved the shower!!! The place reminded us of our home. It really was home away from home.
  
  The condo was a two minute walk from Treasure Bay Casino which was perfect and only 3.7 miles away from the rest of the casinos. We are DEFINITELY going to come back and stay there again!
  
  Considering that I am a fitness freak, having a Fitness room was also wonderful. The front office staff was very inviting and pleasant. Overall, we had a beautiful and amazing time!
