  First of all the staff was great to work with, very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean, no complaints at all.I think the only thing was the hot and cold handle in the master shower was the opposite, but figured it out. The location was great and close to several good restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

  It was a fantastic temporary home for while I was TDY for my military training. Had a great view nine stories up of the gulf and the night life of Biloxi. The only negative was the performance of the Wi-Fi signal while they were transitioning to a new ISP. It did get better a few weeks after the change though so overall the entire stay was outstanding!!

  This is our 4th visit to Ocean Club. It is our first time being on the west side of the complex. We missed the spetacular sunrises but appreciated the sunsets.
  
  It took a few days to figure out where the mystery whistling sound was coming from, but after asking a few questions the doors have minor leaks that cause the sound when the wind blows. With the prevailing winds from the west it was more noticeable than other units we have rented.
  
  This unit was described as a 4 star and lived up to that listing. It was the nicest unit we have rented. More than enough kitchen utensils, furniture was comfortable and other appointments were nicely done.
  
  None of the units we have rented have never been, what we would consider, to be really clean. On the surface they appear to have some work done, but it does not take too much of a search to find dirt. The baseboards, top of refrigerator, inside cupboards for example show a lack of attention.

  The location of the condo was in the .iddle of everything. Which is a good thing since Biloxi isn't what first pops into someone's head as a vacation destination. There is plenty to do around the area. And is literally across the street from the beach ( not the typical beach like a Florida Beach). The condo was big enough for oir family of 6. Kitchen was nice and jacuzzi tub was nice. The building wasnt overly crowded.
  My only complaint is a bed needed new slats and foot board placed on them. On day 3 of our vacation maintenance came to install them at lunch time. We.were staying 7 days. The bed was functionally sound. This repair should have waited in between guest stays. As there is a gap with plenty of time to do such a repair. With the cost of the condo, I would expect a hassle free stay.

  We stayed in unit 901 about 100 days. Overall it was a wonderful vacation. We did have issues but the front desk worked with us wonderfully to get them remedied. The unit has a beautiful west view. The living is very cozy with a very comfortable lazy boy recliner. The guest bedroom appeared freshly decorated.
  We would suggest the owners now put their attention toward the master
  bedroom, especially the bed.
  Janice and her helpers do a great job maintaining the building. The front desk, as said earlier, was easy to work with.

  Our visit to Biloxi Beach Resort was excellent. The white sands along the beach is beauty and well kept. We were disappointed in the water as it seemed dirty and with no waves. It was more like a like. We did not expect the barrier islands to remove the waves. However we took the boat one Fun day. We were about an hour from New Orleans and enjoyed a day walking through the French Quarters and seeing some of the history of the city. We also enjoyed a trip to Beauvoir Estates in Biloxi. Our Condo at the resort was beautiful and very clean. The grounds were well maintained also. The resort had excellent security and the staff was very helpful especially when were locked out of our unit.

  Our stay was very relaxing. Beautiful and spacious condo with a great view of the gulf. We did find it noisy with street traffic and construction next door as we sat on balcony. We felt safe and secure in this gated complex and the doorman and management were very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great stay and the owners were very accomodating.
