  The condo was great --- nice view to the west. The kitchen was properly equipped, adequate linens. We've stayed in rental condos across America --- and this one was tops or close to tops.
  
  But, we asked for a 1-bdrm --- ended up with 2 (and paid for 2). We were not told the property was for sale and were FORCED

We do apologize if you felt there was any confusion; we appreciate your requesting a one bedroom, however just like any rental market we only have so many units available and I'm sure our staff tried to place you in the best unit that was available. Also, although we apologize for any inconvenience with a showing of this unit for sale, this is clearly stated in the policies and procedures that you signed upon check-in that this could happen.   We liked the condo very much. Beds were just ok. Right next to grave yard so I would have chosen differently had I known that. A cleaning charge is understandable but you have to strip beds, take out all garbage, put all laundry in tub, clean dishes, etc. So basically your cleaning and still paying a fee... Condo starting to show in need of update. But, still a nice place.

  I had a very enjoyable stay at Ocean Club. Everything was very clean. The staff and all the guests were nice and friendly. Condo I stayed at was on the 14th floor. I had a beautiful view. I highly recommend staying here.

  The condo was beautiful with a view to match. Only one flaw, the grout in the showers needed some "cloroxing" and the glass shower doors needed to be "defogged" aka cleaned. Other than that everything was perfect!
