  Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals—Ocean Club was a dream location to stay. The facilities were well maintained and provided a luxury condo with all of the amenities. The condo was very nicely furnished with all the amenities needed. Customer service was top notch as well—from maintenance requests made to notifications of when management needed to access the unit for routine building upkeep.
  
  I would highly recommend Biloxi Beach Resort Rentals to others traveling to the area. These rentals are located in close proximity to some wonderful local eating establishments and casinos as well as being adjacent to the sandy beaches.

  We always stay at Ocean Club. We usually try to spend the month of February in Biloxi. This year we were in unit 506. We have stayed in this unit before.
  
  There are many things that we like about the unit. The items for everyday use in the kitchen are more than adequate. We brought some extra items with us that were not needed.
  
  The dryer takes forever! It is not uncommon to take 3 hours to dry a load of towels.
  
  The mattress in the master bedroom is past its prime. The second bedroom one is fine.
  
  The cleaning crew might want to occasionally wipe all the baseboards, electrical outlets and light switches as they seem to need attention.
  
  The personnel we dealt with from the office through the maintenance staff were extremely helpful. Shout out to "Allie" for all her efforts in getting us set up for next year.

  We really appreciate the office personnel at Ocean Club, they are most helpful if something is needed.
  In this unit, there could be a few more items for basic meal preparation. i.e, a 4 slot toaster, and a new coffee pot. Additionally, the blinds,and windows in this unit are very dirty, and need to be cleaned particularly in the living room, or the blinds need to be replaced. Also, the area rug in the living room has seen better days, as well as the 2 lamp shades. The master bedroom is very nice. It has an ample size t.v. and the king bed is very comfortable.
  Overall, we really like that this complex is right on the water, is centrally located to golf courses, casinos, and all that the area has to offer. Because of the coronavirus we gave us 11 days of our paid monthly rental, to return home. There is no refund or credit for this.

  Very nice vacation spot. Only problem that I can report to y’all was the road noise was very loud when you we’re trying to sleep in the morning. Lot of good seafood in the area. Try half shell restaurant down by the hard rock casino

  Very good,enjoyable stay. Everything was fine except master bedroom mattress too soft, kitchen table and chairs so y’all - not usable, furniture on outside balcony had wood rot and not safe. Need better lighting in living room.

  Best place my wife and I could have chosen. Only a short drive from the casino along the coastal road, really felt like we were on vacation. If you need a kitchen and want to get away from the smoke then this is the place to stay. Very nice secure property with the best internet connection any where in the US. Seriously I am not kidding. Each unit has its own wireless router, a huge plus if you are traveling with iPads, Apple TV etc. take note this is an apartment building, if you like to be waited on and need porters, room service, wake up calls, then this place is not for you. Once you check in you are pretty much on your own, which is what we like. Full size appliances, own washer and dryer in unit, all the comforts of home. My only negatives are no balcony furniture and no hangers in closet and if that's all I can find wrong they are doing pretty well. Nice relaxing, quite smoke free premium building, loved it.
